The village is just off the A16. At the end of the lane you will find our Church, open daily - all being well.
The Church is dedicated to St Andrew, one of the first disciples to follow Jesus, when working as a fisherman with his brother St Peter. He was martyred on an X-shaped cross, which is represented on the flag of Scotland, of which he is the patron saint. His feast day is 30th November.
Almighty God,
who gave such grace to your apostle Saint Andrew
that he readily obeyed the call of your Son Jesus Christ
and brought his brother with him:
call us by your holy word,
and give us grace to follow you without delay
and to tell the good news of your kingdom;
through Jesus Christ your Son our Lord,
who is alive and reigns with you,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, now and for ever.

Amen
A lovely red brick church, situated in good walking country on the eastern edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds; on popular walking routes it provides a quiet spot for a welcome rest. The church dates to 1728 and the clear windows allow for plenty of light to flood in.
