Join in our weekly programme of activities for young people during the school summer holiday.

This week we shall enjoy a coach trip to Skeggie! To book a place on the coach contact Lynn on 01400261917.  Parental consent forms are required for unaccompanied children.The coach will leave at 9am and return at about 4pm.

Young people go free, but adults will be asked for a small contribution towards the cost of the coach.

Description: A service for the Year Six children from Cranwell Primary School to commemorate Armistice Day. A Poppy Cross will be placed on each War Grave in the Churchyard.  Although a service for young people, all ages are welcome.

Summary: Hits of the 1940s The Blue Stones Big Band
Description:

Come and listen to the music of ther war years.  A concert by the Blue Stones Big Band.  This large band is complosed mostly of retired professional RAF Musicians many of whom have performed in the Albert Hall and similar venues.

"Hits of the 1940's" Admission £7, children under 16 half price.

Licenced barm from 7pm.

Summary: Christmas Fair
Description: All the voluntary organisations in the Village are joining together to stage a Grand Fair in the Village Hall.  Stalls will include a variety of items for sale with an emphasis on Christmas.  Don't want to buy anthing?  Then come along, enjoy the fellowship and have tea and cakes..but remember to support the church stall!

Summary: Advent Lunch
Description:

A social ocassion for all those who support the church; the regular congregation, those on the Electoral Roll, those who help with cleaning, those who help with our activities, those who support us financially, and those who would just like to come anyway!

A coach will leave church at 1215 picking up on the way to Woody's Restaurant, Ancaster.  A taste  of Christmas menue at a splendid price.  Tickets from the Churchwardens at £18 per head to include a three course meal, coffe, and the coach.

Description:

Bring all the family to share in the joy of building the Crib for Christmas and then:  Oranges, sweets, cocktail sticks, red ribbon...what else could it be but the Christingle Service. Watch the joy in the childrens' faces as they collect their lighted Christingles!
