Safeguarding

Church is a place of worship and family. Jesus calls us to love our neighbour as ourselves and our Church at St Andrew’s is called to do that.

We want you to feel safe and welcomed at our church and we have people at our church services whose role is to ensure that happens. If you feel that this was not the case during your visit, please let someone know.

The people who can help you are the parish priest Rev Al (07961654486) or the parish safeguarding officer Mrs Jane Hansford 01400261675.  Our safeguarding statement is below.

"The parish of Cranwell, St Andrew, is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Lincoln’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm, please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services."

For general enquiries, please contact the safeguarding team administration   or 07711 885968.
