New initiative: "Saturday Soup & Social". You will have seen the advertisement in this month's magazine inviting the elderly and housebound to a new group which will meet on the 4th Saturday each month from 28th April. For this new venture we will need a few more helpers to go on a rota to serve soup and we invite those interested to contact Dorothy Harriss (218743) or Kevin Dawson (346574) to find out what is involved. For those unable to help with serving you might like to make a donation of tins of plain soup, such as tomato, or packets of biscuits to serve with coffee. The box for donations is behind the font.
