The Mothers' Union

The Mothers' Union is a world wide organisation of 3.5 million members with branches on every continent and in most countries. The role of the MU is to encourage and support Marriage and Family Life.

Our branch at Caistor is a small but dedicagted branch who meet on the first Thursday of the month in members homes.

We support the life of the church in Caistor - we send a greetings card on the first anniversary of all those baptised at Caistor.

We support the work of Lincoln Womens Refuge by collecting toiletries, mugs and toys to donate to the users of the Refuge.

The Vicar is our branch chairman and further details are available from him.

St. Benedicts Centre - Lincoln

Three times a year we staff the coffee bar at St. Benedicts.

St. Benedicts is the Mothers' Union diocesan centre situated just off Lincoln High Street near M&S. It is open to the public on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 10.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. when we serve tea, coffee, soup, hot chocolate, cold drinks and snacks. You are welcome to bring your own food and stay as long as you wish.
